Scenario planning and execution assurance for a complex delivery and start-up program. Scope covered execution-path assessment, commissioning dependencies, operational readiness and joint recommendations with project partners as conditions evolved.
Leviathan
Offshore Israel · Chevron · Approx. US$2B development
Execution planning and scenario analysis for offshore gas development. Scope included an integrated schedule basis linking detailed team plans with a master delivery schedule to evaluate execution strategies and provide a basis for assurance.
Bowmanville Rail Extension
Ontario, Canada · Rail infrastructure · Approx. C$1.2B project
Integrated cost and schedule risk analysis for a major rail extension. Scope included risk workshops, schedule-to-cost integration, mitigation assessment and analysis of contractual risk allocation to support contingency and target-price discussions.
Archaea Energy
Virginia, USA · Renewable natural gas · Approx. US$60M plant
Facilitated CSRA for an RNG plant and its delivery interfaces. Scope included schedule-network review, cost uncertainty and risk-event modelling, assessment of outcome drivers, and practical recommendations to strengthen planning and risk management.
FPSO & Wellhead Platform Development
Offshore Mexico · Oil development · US$2B+ capital development
Execution-basis review, integrated CSRA and decision support for a phased development combining an FPSO, subsea wells and a wellhead platform. The work examined delivery interfaces, alternative execution paths and the assumptions underpinning investment and partner decisions.
Arctic Energy Development
North Slope, Alaska, USA · Approx. US$1.7B extension
Estimate and schedule assurance and CSRA for an Arctic oil development extension. The analysis explored approval timing, long-lead procurement, modular facilities and seasonal construction windows, showing how decisions and execution dependencies change delivery exposure and commissioning readiness.
